Mehlman Says Bloggers Changing Political Landscape
Republican National Chair Ken Mehlman was in Fort Wayne Friday night to address the Allen County Republican Party's Annual Bean Dinner.In his remarks, Mehlman said that the political landscape was rapidly changing and that the old ways in which voters received news were being transformed. He said that no longer were American citizens dependent only on the mainstream media; that new sources of news and commentary had emerged.
Mehlman cited cable news, talk radio, websites, and... bloggers as agents of this change.
